From the restaurant and the cosy terrace at Voor Anker , you’ll enjoy breathtaking views over the vast meadows and the greenery of De Kempen. Nestled between the beautiful nature reserves of Het Goorven, De Flaes and Landgoed De Utrecht, you’ll find not only groups and business guests here, but above all plenty of walkers, cyclists and horse lovers. From Voor Anker , you can step straight into 8,500 hectares of unbroken countryside! What’s more, Voor Anker also serves as the visitor centre for the landgoed Wellenseind estate. The multilingual staff will be delighted to tell you all about it. As well as a high-quality restaurant, you’ll also find a sustainable local shop here, stocking a range of products including various types of local beer (such as the very popular estate-brewed Fallop!) and homemade and/or local produce such as honey, jam and fruit drinks.

Voor Anker is housed in a modern building which, thanks to its timber construction, exudes a strikingly warm, homely atmosphere. Fully in line with contemporary requirements, the building is completely carbon-neutral. The proceeds are reinvested in the estate. Any conscious, sustainable business owner can therefore book one of the atmospheric meeting rooms with complete confidence. Together with the nostalgic farmyard and the historic estate, the restaurant forms a most welcoming whole, offering a wealth of possibilities. It is inspiring and inclusive, not least thanks to the many vegetarian options on the menu. “A lovely venue with a delightful terrace. Friendly staff, everything looks clean and tidy,” wrote a business visitor in the guestbook.
