De Groene Long

The Het Groene Goud Foundation has developed an educational self-harvest garden. The Friends of the Children’s Farm Foundation has created a children’s farm with a play hill and a water pump. The Pius X College secondary school now also has a sustainable classroom here and delivers on-site lessons on animal husbandry. These three organisations and the advisory group have joined forces in the ‘ De Groene Long Bladel’ Foundation. This has led to a village park that is now virtually complete.  Bladel Council has been able to expand the village park by purchasing new land.
