De Hooiberg : farm shop and organic cheese dairy

The Farm Shop is an attraction in its own right; as well as our homemade ‘Echte Hooiberg’ cheese and organic-quality farm dairy products, you’ll also find a wide range of regional produce and delicacies, including bread, fruit and vegetables, meat, and health food products – most of which are also of organic quality. 

Cheese-making and dairy production.
The milk from our own cows is turned into delicious, authentic Hooiberg cheese, as well as traditionally made farmhouse butter, buttermilk, drinkable yoghurt, plain yoghurt and fruit yoghurt. Naturally organic.

Organic Authentic Haystack Cheese or with Herbs
. Cheeses are also made with a variety of herbs, including Italian herb blend, mustard and pepper, garlic and chives, fenugreek seeds (nutty flavour), onion, garlic and paprika, nettle blend, tomato and onion, cumin, garden herbs, truffles, ginger, green pepper blend and Greek blend. Our ‘ Zwarte Kaat ’ cheese is also something special.
