Cycle and discover farm life: “Our Farmers in Focus”
Have you always wanted to know where your milk, eggs or cheese come from? With the new app-based cycle tour ‘Our Farmers in Focus’, you’ll discover how local farmers in the municipalities of Bladel and Reusel-De Mierden work every day to produce our food.
Along the route, you’ll find a variety of farms: from dairy and poultry farms to pig farms and even ice-cream makers. Some of these farms operate entirely organically. At each farm, you can scan a QR code to enjoy a unique audio-visual tour of the premises. This lets you experience up dichtbij how farmers contribute to a sustainable food chain with passion and craftsmanship.
The tour offers a special insight into life on the farm, without you having to get off your bike. You’ll see with your own eyes how animals are looked after, how cheese is made and how eggs end up on your table. At various locations, the products are also available to buy straight away, either in the shop or from a farm vending machine.
This interactive experience is not only educational, but also a wonderful way to enjoy the countryside. Hop on your bike, scan the codes and admire the hard work of our farmers. A unique opportunity to discover the source of our food.

This cycle route not only showcases our farms, but also the stories and the people behind them. Along the way, you’ll enjoy the diversity of the landscape in our region.
